The room had a spacious balcony with a beautiful sea view that really made the mornings special. The bathroom featured an amazing shower—spacious with consistently hot water.

The bathroom fixtures were in rough shape, with some needing serious fixing or recaulking, which made using them a bit nerve-wracking. The soundproofing was lacking. neighbors kept me awake with their late-night conversations and footsteps above. Plus, an electric line issue left us without working power during the evening, forcing us to get ready in the dark without air conditioning.

villa patrizi is perfectly located between the port and restaurants on the hill, making it easy to explore. the staff is exceptionally kind and helpful, which made our stay so enjoyable. the outdoor pool area is delightful, and it's great for a quick dip after a day of visiting. we also enjoyed the lovely breakfast with tasty coffee.

This was an ideal choice for a brief pit stop in Capri with great value for money. The shower was amazing—very spacious and hot water worked perfectly. Make sure to have comfortable shoes for the walk uphill back to the hotel.

I took a lovely walk up a historic staircase to explore the area, just a short distance from my room. The view from the top was worth the effort. I loved the convenience of reaching shops and the port easily, though I definitely felt the climb back down. I appreciated the polite staff and the peace of the terrace.

The breakfast options were limited, and I wished for more variety. The steps to reach the property can be challenging for those not prepared for a workout.
